Therapeutic exercise of back pain, and spinal disc herniation – Basic exercise No.2
(The foam roller moves, the users vertically roll)
Affects: It is for treating back pain, spinal disc herniation, spondylosis back; correcting the hipbones deviation, scoliosis.
Effects:
+ Acupuncture points: Menh mon, Than du, Yeu duong quan, Dai Trang Du, Quan nguyen du, Tieu trang du, Bang quang du, Hoa da giap tich, Thien tru, dai truy, Kien trung, Phong mon, Tam du, Phe du, ect and remaining acupuncture points of Kinh Bang quang, mach Doc.
+ Nerves: 31 pairs of living nerves, autonomic nervous system (sympathetic and parasympathetic, the plexus).
+ Muscles: scale muscles, shoulders muscles, living building muscles, back muscles, pillow, neck thorns muscles, pelvic muscles of waist ribs, etc.
+ Bones and joints: hipbones, vertebrae of neck, back, waist, shoulders joints, etc.

How to practice:
1. Lie on your back, put sacrum on DOCTOR100, legs perpendicular to the floor, overlap the hands, put head on the palm. If you feel too sore when back is compressed, then picked back up slightly.
Roll the back in many times for 10-15 times of short segments. Still put head on the palm. Move the roller for each segment of 5cm forwarding to the nape, do it again. Stop when the roller cannot be moved (the stops is middle spine).
2. Keep your back straight, legs and thighs form the right angle (900), gradually lean the body of 450 back, forearms press on the roller, gently put the point 1/3 of the spine (the chest) on DOCTOR100, the hands are located on the abdomen or back of the nape; buttocks are raised, use the legs to push and curl up in order to roll the DOCTOR100 from point of 1/3 backbones (the chest) to near the nape, and turn back for 10-15 times. When the roller is closed to the nape, you should look up to avoid sliding into the nape.
Note: It should not be rolled over the bottom, just roll in front of protruding vertebrae to avoid the pain.
Lay on your back, place the nape up roller with your legs perpendicular to the floor, hands are on belly, nape roll on rollers 10-30 times.
3. Lay on your back, place the nape up the DOCTOR100 with your legs perpendicular to the floor, hands are on belly, nape roll on DOCTOR100 from 05-10 times for each time.
Lie on your left side, roll off, and roll back for 5-10 times.
Lie on your right side, roll off, and roll back for 5-10 times.
