Therapeutic exercise of circulatory stasis of the lower extremities, leg numbness, and cramps – Basic Exercise No.4
Affects: To treat nerves pain, joint and bone degeneration, muscle atrophy, circulatory stasis of the lower extremities, leg numbness, and cramps; to reduce excess fat of thighs, abdomen; to help for toned thighs and legs.
Effects:
+ Acupuncture points: Hoan khieu, An mon, Thua phu, Uy trung, Hop duong, Thua can, Phi duong, Phu duong, Thua son, Can viem dien, Con Lon.
+ Nerves: sciatica, tibia nerves, etc.
+ Muscles: the buttocks, the largest closed, slender muscle, muscles tendons, biceps thigh muscle membrane sale, gastronomies muscle, the sandals, the marks and square muscle.
+ Bones and joints: hip bones, femur, tibia, and hip, vertebrae joints, the joints of the upper limb and lower limb, etc (This makes all movements of fish bone and joint mobilization to help loosen the groin and open acupuncture points systems).

How to practice:
1. Lay on your back, put DOCTOR100 under the thighs close with the bottom.
2. Raise the buttocks, curl up a leg, stretch legs, reverse the legs, roll the thighs (for the old and new can roll horizontally the thighs on DOCTOR100). Then shake legs or put your feet up and down 5-10 times.
3. Continuously reverse the legs, roll the thighs, shake legs or put your feet up and down 5-10 times. Each time with space of 5cm toward the knees and heels. Especially, roll and shake thoroughly to enhance acupuncture points impact on Uy trung acupuncture point.
4. Roll in many time the soles of feet on the DOCTOR100
