DOCTOR100 roller is researched and manufactured with the purpose of serving daily practice and for many years for the whole family, so the structure and materials are sustainable, withstanding the weight of regular practitioners up to more than 100kg.
The structure of the DOCTOR100 roller consists of the following main parts:
The two roller heads are molded with ABS (wear-resistant, impact-resistant) including a system of spikes that impact the reflex points of the soles of the feet and hands.
The rubber tube has medical-grade silicone spikes with proper elasticity that are molded, resistant to friction, wear and temperature. The seamless medical silicone knob is wrapped around a solid wood core or steel pipe and is positioned at both ends to prevent displacement during exercise.
For the special Heat Traction Roller, the core is a bearing structural steel pipe, inside is a dry heat core system.
The roller core is selected solid wood, processed according to the process to ensure strength and durability.
Rubber shoes create friction with the floor with high elasticity and wear resistance, suitable for the weight of both the body and the rollers on the floor for many years.
A. GENERAL PROVISIONS ON THE DOCTOR100 . ROLLER WARRANTY
This warranty policy is applied from December 20, 2022
1. Cases covered by warranty
Products are repaired free of charge if they are still within the warranty period from the date of delivery, the period stated on the warranty card
Warranted products must have the warranty card of the company or official distribution agent.
All products are warranted and maintained at the headquarters of DOCTOR100 center in Hanoi.
2. Cases not covered by warranty
Damage caused by the user’s failure to follow the instructions for use and maintenance.
The product has expired warranty period or the warranty card is lost or there is no other valid document.
Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents or misuse of instructions for example: falling, cracking due to impact, liquid, chemical, lightning, unstable power supply, etc.
The product has been altered or repaired at places not specified by DOCTOR100
No warranty for accessories: leather bags, DVDs
B. PROVISIONS ON THE WARRANTY TERM
1. For standard acupressure roller DOCTOR100, athlete acupressure roller, office acupressure roller
Warranty period is 03 (three) years for standard DOCTOR100 Acupressure roller, Acupressure roller and Office Acupressure roller.
During the warranty period, the product is repaired free of charge when the components that make up the product are self-damaged or damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
2. For the roller DOCTOR100 hot acupuncture points (heat acupuncture points, energy heat acupuncture points)
Warranty period is 03 (three) years for structure
Warranty period is 12 (twelve) months for relays and sockets, thermal cores. Subsequent period maintenance is charged if incurred. Maintenance costs will be quoted prior to repair.
During the warranty period, the product is repaired free of charge when the components that make up the product are self-damaged or damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
